This workshop will consist of a systematic review of the role of leadership in today's fire service. The curriculum is modeled after the leadership training programs currently attended by company officer's in the FDNY upon the promotion to lieutenant and captain.

Bob Burns - is a retired Battalion Chief with the FDNY serving over 36 years. Chief Burns was the Chief of the First Line Supervisor training program at the time of his retirement.
